Solv is a B2B E-Commerce marketplace for SMEs. Solv’s B2B commerce platform offers India’s MSME sector an open and inclusive trade ecosystem across the entire value chain. The platform facilitates connections and negotiations with verified sellers and buyers, door-step pick-up and delivery of goods, timely and easy access to finance as well as simplified business support functions. These critical elements help expand market access, bring operational efficiencies, and shape success for millions of small businesses across the country.
I joined Solv in February 2022 during a post-COVID restructuring phase. As the third member of a newly reformed design team, I stepped into an environment marked by high turnover and a lack of clear direction. Rather than viewing these challenges as setbacks, I embraced them as opportunities to drive change and growth. By fostering strong relationships with product owners and developers, I gained a deep understanding of the domain's challenges and the operational dynamics of our teams.
Solv Seller Portal is the web dashboard sellers use to manage their presence on Solv. I guided its steady evolution for over two years with a talented product and engineering team. My role was to conduct market research, advocate for sellers, refine ideas, uphold quality, and coach on presentation and decision-making.
